Return Policy
We accept returns within the first 30 days for any reason. For this to happen in an orderly fashion you must e-mail us with your name, order number and date of receipt. By return e-mail we will provide you with a return address and a confirmation number which should be placed on the exterior of the shipping package. We do not reimburse for shipping costs of returned items unless the item is damaged or we shipped you the incorrect item. When your item is received by us we will credit your credit card account.
Backorder Policy
If an item is out of stock and back-ordered we will contact you by e-mail to give you the estimated date for fulfilling your order. We always give you the option of a full refund if you do not want to wait for a product. Needless to say, most of our products come from developing or third-world countries and shipping delays can occur.
Damaged Goods Policy
If you should receive an item that is damaged, e-mail us and we will arrange to replace the item or provide you with a refund upon the return of the item. We pay for or reimburse you for any cost of returning a damaged item. We must be informed of damage within 15 days of receipt of an item for our damage policy to take affect.
