Q1: What if I need to receive an item as soon as possible?

A: During check out, various options for expedited delivery are given. There may be an added cost for this.

Q2: Can I find out more about the projects you fund in developing countries?

A: Yes. You can click here to go to our 501(c)3 non-profit organization page. Also, arrangements can be made in Southern California for us to speak to your church or civic group and provide a presentation and sale of items in person. We regret that this is currently limited to the Southern California area and is on a first come, first served basis.

Q3: Can I make payments to you?

A: We are not set up to extend credit. We do however accept most credit cards and Pay Pal.

Q4: How about gift wrapping?

A: As of this time we do not provide any special gift wrapping services. But keep checking back with us in the future, it is the nature of life to experience change.

Q5: Can I arrange to pick up items directly from you?

A: No. We do not have a public facility for retail. If we did, our prices would have to be substantially higher. If you live in the area, our shipping is quick and our rates are very reasonable.
